A Change of Venue Survey measures awareness of and attitudes towards the case and the litigants in the relevant venue. The survey documents biases and prejudices in the community that would prevent a fair trial.
The questionnaire, designed by LitStrat, utilizes the latest attitudes measurement techniques. The instrument can be thought of as sophisticated version of an extensive voir dire.
In addition to detailing the extent of bias, plaintiff and defense juror profiles are developed and analyzed.
If needed, LitStrat provides a written report, suitable for submission to the court.
