Case Issue Assessment

This phase of our work focuses on the development of a strategic road map designed to assist counsel in formulating the best possible strategic approach for our client. We will, as requested, review key documents and other relevant information, in preparation for detailed strategic discussions with counsel. We recommend scheduling at least one, and perhaps several, day long meetings with the trial team in order to detail alternate approaches to the key issues in the case and identify the land mines that will need to be addressed before initiating jury research. These initial meetings result in clear goals for our work, a specific research design and a list of questions and issues to be incorporated into mock jury presentations.
